1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to e2bd, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and e2bd governing your access to and use of our website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotional offers, and all related features available at e2bd.club.

e2bd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the e2bd platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. e2bd employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts discovered will be closed without notice.

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account will be considered your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or services.
• Notify e2bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Never use account automation tools, bots, scripts, or any software intended to circumvent normal platform use.

Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practices, e2bd may require you to submit identity documentation before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Accepted documents include a government-issued national ID, passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

e2bd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through locally trusted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as via select bank transfers through institutions such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT. e2bd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which e2bd bears no responsibility.

Deposit Policy

All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Deposits made solely for the purpose of money transfer, currency conversion, or any non-gaming financial purpose are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. e2bd reserves the right to set, adjust, and enforce deposit limits at its discretion.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before processing:

e2bd's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering calculations, and promotional outcomes are final and binding. Disputes regarding promotional terms must be raised within seven (7) days of the disputed event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the e2bd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of e2bd or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. e2bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Technical interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (including network outages, server failures, or third-party payment processing delays) do not entitle users to compensation. Your total aggregate liability claim against e2bd in any given calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during that same month.
